Dr. Mullins is a remote speaker for The Sleep People- Seminars. Dr. Mullings was recruited by FOSA Surgical Associates to establish a first world sinus centre in Jamaica. He is currently the only North American Fellowship trained Sinus Surgeon practicing in the English Speaking Caribbean. He maintains permanent professional affiliation with the St Pauls’ Sinus Centre in Vancouver and regularly discusses cases with Brandon Everett and other affiliates of The Sleep People, LLC, Sleep Specialist and Sinus Surgeons in the UK, USA and Canada. Dr. Mullings’ passion is returning patients to their best quality of life by compassionate and comprehensive management of their nose and sinus related issues.
Dr. Mullings completed medical school training at the University of the West Indies (UWI) obtaining honors in his Bachelor of Medical Sciences degree. He went on to do specialization training at UWI in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery “ENT”). As a part of his ENT training, Dr. Mullings spent one year at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver Canada as a post graduate trainee and was trained by world-renowned experts in Otology, Rhinology and Head and Neck Surgery. He successfully completed training courses at the Johns Hopkins University and a number of other recognized learning centers. His postgraduate work in sinus disease has been presented at International conferences and has been published in the Clinics of North America.

Dr. Mullings returned to Vancouver, Canada for a fellowship in Rhinology, Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery under the direct tutelage and direction of Professor Amin Javer. Professor Javer is a recognized expert in the management of complex sinus and skull base diseases and is highly sought after international speaker and opinion leader. He also worked closely with Dr. Andrew Thamboo after his return to Vancouver from Stanford University where he completed his fellowship in Sinus Surgery.
