Having a Clinical Sleep Educator, Clinician, or Sleep Coach speak at your health expos or directly to your patients could be beneficial to healthy living. By referring your patients to a Clinical Sleep Educator, you give them a one on one opportunity to gain vital information that wouldn't be feasible in a standard Doctor's visit. The sessions are much longer and provide a look in to multiple issues that may be causing sleep issues. Upon returning to your office, the patient will be better educated on Behavioral Issues that could effect their sleep, respiratory issues that could be improved, and a better understanding of treatment options.
"The Sleep People" affiliated tutors work with future RPSGTs one-on-one and in groups to get them ready for the Registry exam. A typical client is a recent Polysomnography graduate or a person just completing a Star program who hasn't taken the test out of fear, hasn't been able to master the test, is discouraged, anxious, and very eager to pass. A tutor can be a huge help in getting through the exam study process and showing up on exam day prepared and confident. Clients come from across the U.S. and Canada, by phone, email, Google+ Hangout, and Skype. For personalize rates, please contact us.
We also offer Seminars, commonly called "Cram Sessions" for those RPSGT hopefuls that may know at enough to take the exam, but would feel confident with a final advanced study session. These seminars are also good for those future RPSGT's that may be lacking key knowlege needed for the exam, but are familiar with the basics of Polysomnography.
We offer the opportunity for RPSGT hopefuls to gain the required Clinical hours needed to be eligible for the exam. There is no better training to be an RPSGT than to actually practice on-site at an AASM Accredited Facility. -Currently offered in North Carolina.
